Burns can be one of the most challenging things a podiatrist will treat. They are not only painful but potentially very disfiguring. Dr. Marc Dolce discusses the current classification of burns, the rule of 9's in determining the percentage of body involvement, and the current treatment options for treating burns. He also demonstrates the technique of harvesting skin grafts and using them as a form of primary closure.
