Understanding the Clinical Effectiveness and Compliance Considerations in the World of Skin Substitutes

This lecture will discuss the most important biological aspects of successful wound care outcomes including debridement, statistical analysis of wound care treatments, use of skin substitute products, indications, and contraindications. The lecture will also review the rules and regulations of billing to optimize use of skin substitutes and appropriate documentation to maximize practice and patient outcomes.
