This webinar will present information on the mechanism of action of placental allograft applications for musculoskeletal injuries and chronic wounds of varying etiologies. Dr Cole will highlight clinical cases where amniotic tissue grafts are an effective treatment for chronic wounds. Dr Bromley will review placental allograft applications in foot and ankle surgery.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Review the mechanism of action of placental allografts.
  2. Examine clinical applications of amniotic tissue grafts in the treatment of chronic wounds to improve clinical outcomes.
  3. Review clinical solutions of placental allografts in foot and ankle surgery.
  4. Discuss which placental allografts to use with soft tissue repair and how to incorporate into your surgical approach.
